The Let’s Learn Science! package is
a Primary Science programme designed to develop in pupils positive attitudes,
such as curiosity and a spirit of inquiry, towards Science. Pupils are
encouraged to be actively involved in finding answers to questions about the
world around them.
This Teacher’s Guide has been specially
developed to assist the teacher in using the various components in this package.
It includes the following:
* Scheme of Work—lists the themes and
topics of the syllabus to be covered over each term.
* Lesson
Plans—contains instructional objectives as well as suggested activities
and resources for individual classroom lessons.
The lesson plans
provided are only suggestions. Teachers may modify them to suit their needs
according to the availability of materials, nature of class, etc.
