Step 1: Finding Items

We offer many ways for you to browse or search for the books you would like to order.

If you are not sure what you’re looking for but know you want to find that perfect book of a specific genre, we suggest using our Browse Catalogue dropdown list which offers groupings of titles in well-defined subject areas.

If you know the Title, ISBN, Imprint or Author of the book you would like to order, you may do a quick catalogue search by using the Search box located next to the Browse Catalogue field. Simply select the field to search on (namely Title, ISBN, Imprint or Author) and type in the keyword in the box next to the field. You may also perform an Advanced Search if you wish to search by more than one field.

Step 2: Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

Once you have selected the book to buy, simply click on the ‘ Buy Now ’ button and the book will be added to your Shopping Cart. You have the option at that time to check out or continue shopping for more books. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the ‘ View Shopping Cart ’ button at the top navigation bar. On the Shopping Cart page, you may change the quantity ordered or delete a book which you do not wish to purchase. Once you’ve made the changes, simply click on the ‘ Update Cart ’ button to reflect the updated order.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all the books you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on the ‘ Proceed to Checkout ’ button. From this point on, you will be using a secure connection to our servers and all information you enter will be protected by encryption. You will be guided through the checkout process to provide your personal particulars, shipping information and credit card details. Once you have confirmed your order, the screen will display an Order Acknowledgement quoting the Order ID. You will also receive an email shortly notifying you that Marshall Cavendish has received your order, together with your order details.

Step 4: Tracking Your Order

We offer online order status, a feature that allows you to check on your past and pending orders. After logging in, just click on the ‘ My Profile ’ button at the top navigation bar. This will take you to the ‘ Update Profile ’ page, where you can click on ‘ Past Order Detail ’ at the bottom to view your order status.
