About the Author
Aileen A. Anastacio is best known as the chef and owner of Goodies N’ Sweets, a bakeshop cum café with three outlets in Manila in The Philippines. She also runs a restaurant consultancy and a commissary supplying her sweet treats to other restaurants and cafés. Aileen is also a chef-instructor at the Heny Sison Culinary School, a host of the cooking programmes, True Confections and My Favourite Recipes, and a columnist for Yummy, a popular food magazine in The Philippines
