About the Authors

Aileen A Anastacia is known for a number of things. She is the head chef and owner of Goodies N' Sweets, a popular pastry shop and cafe chain located in Manila, Philippines; a regular contributor of unique recipes to many local publications including the country's leading food magazine, Yummy, and author of the bestselling coffee and dessert cookbook, Home Cafe. She continues to work wonders both in and out of the kitchen and has many projects in the pipeline including hosting television cooking shows.

Angelo F Comsti has long been working with food. He is a food writer, stylist, recipe developer and demo cook. He recently added more titles to his credentials - as a bona fide chef, graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney and the owner of The Food Barn, a neighbourhood snack bar. He turns down no opportunity for more adventures as long as they deal with food.
