About the Author
Azhar Yusof is a Lecturer in the Physical Education & Sports Science Academic Group at the National Institute of Education with a Master in Science Degree in Exercise & Sports Science from NIE/NTU.
Azhar is passionate about sports and holds coaching qualifications in four different sports - kayaking, rugby, sailing and soccer. A proud parent of two, Azhar has authored and contributed to several books and presented in workshops, seminars and conferences on PE and Sports issues
About the Illustrator
Eliz Ong was born in Singapore and studied at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. She has undertaken illustration work for various publications and is currently a freelance illustrator and designer.
