About the Author
Daniel Tay knows no bounds when it comes to spreading his love for anything and everything sweet. A graduate of the prestigious UFM International Baking Institute, Daniel ventured to France to train as a pastry chef in the early eighties before returning to Singapore to sharpen his skills. Having won numerous accolades for his innovative dessert creations, Daniel has taken a step further in Just Desserts, his inaugural book, to educate and inspire budding dessert chefs by sharing his simple, uncomplicated philosophy and techniques behind making the perfect dessert.
