International, organiser of the prestigious World Gourmand Cookbooks Awards
which is widely recognised as the ‘oscars’ of the culinary
industry.

of the book are brilliant" and with the highest rating of Three Stars, the
cookbook is rated as a ‘Masterpiece’ with strong recommendation to
