As an architect for business culture, Bernadette Chua is committed to building successful, positive and sustainable work cultures for people to thrive. She believes that people and culture are vital parts of business value creation in a rapidly changing world.

Bernadette’s forte and passion have propelled her to mentor, coach and co-create learning and development solutions for diverse clients, including business organisations across various industries (such as professional services, technology, engineering, financial, construction, retail and F&B), educators, schools and not-for-profit organisations.

She and her colleagues at Positive Performance Consulting, a management and organisational development consulting company, journey with clients in the areas of Organisation Development, Change, Leadership, Business Culture, Talent, Organisational Well-being and Management.

Bernadette was conferred the SkillsFuture Fellowships Award, Singapore’s highest skills award, in 2018. In 2019, she received the Stevie Award for Women in Business in the solo female entrepreneur category in New York.
