Gabriel Yap is well-known as the Investment Guru, having been regularly interviewed by Channel NewsAsia, Bloomberg TV, CNBC and Mediacorp Radio for the past three decades. He is executive chairman of GCP Global, Asia’s foremost educator in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Gabriel has served as special advisor to pre-IPOs and IPOs of companies in various industries. He has lectured for 31 years, for the Asian Development Bank, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Institute of Banking & Finance, SGX, ASME, SIAS and Share Investors. He has also trained students for the grueling CFA course and has lectured and delivered academic papers internationally.

A successful stockbroker and investment banker, Gabriel retired in 2009 to devote himself to philanthropy and to share his knowledge of REITs.
