Beneath the Rug brings together 30 illuminating stories from people in Singapore’s unseen social impact sector. From social workers to counsellors, special education teachers, persons with disability, social entrepreneurs, policymakers – these are people with real lived experience of the other face of sunny Singapore.

The stories are by turns inspiring, discomfiting and thought-provoking. Taken together, they nudge us towards greater understanding, deeper reflection, and more meaningful engagement with our communities.
