Emma Fountain began her love affair with food from an early age. Some of her earliest childhood memories are of sharing home cooked, seasonal meals with her family in rural England. She began working in restaurants at fourteen and prepared the food served at her eighteenth birthday party. After she obtained her degree in sports and nutrition, she found it a natural progression to continue working in the food and beverage industry. With the purpose of making healthy, plant-based food accessible to everyone, Emma founded VIBE, a café chain in Cambodia serving up nourishing and flavourful plant-based food.
